Meditation Q&A Program - Part 1

This program is designed to support practitioners in developing or deepening a meditation practice over one month, culminating in a question-and-answer session with Rebecca. Students who have been practicing consistently and intentionally often find they arrive with richer, more grounded questions — and a greater capacity to receive the answers.

In this first meeting we will focus on orienting participants to the program, explore how to establish or deepen a sitting practice, and review the practice vow and optional journaling components.
