Simple Chinese Stir-Fry

Tips

Great over cooked rice or noodles. Top with your favorite sauces like soy, sweet chili, or sriracha.  

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil

  • ¼ c water

  • 2 c leafy greens of your choice

  • 1 c mushrooms

 

Preparation

  1. Add oil and water to wok. Heat to a boil.

  2. Add your greens and mushrooms.

  3. Cook for about 2 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately.
